Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and alerts for potential threats and policy violations.
• Investigate and analyse security incidents, documenting findings and recommending actions.
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assist in remediation efforts.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls and tools.
• Contribute to security awareness training and documentation.
• Assist in the development and refinement of security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an information security role.
• Good understanding of security principles, network security, and common threats.
• Experience with SIEM tools and basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent is beneficial.
