Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Develop and maintain security hardening standards for servers, networks, and applications.
• Conduct security investigations and respond to security incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to integrate security into the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, recommending appropriate countermeasures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Information Security Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with network security devices (firewalls, routers, switches) and protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
