Information Security Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain security tools such as firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems.

• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans, assisting in remediation efforts.
• Develop and automate security processes and procedures.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of secure network and system infrastructures.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across the IT environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in information security engineering or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with network security technologies and concepts.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
