Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall information security strategy and roadmap.

- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Manage security awareness training programs and promote a strong security culture across the organisation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters, including audits and incident response coordination.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in information security, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, technologies, and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are essential.
