Infra Investment Structuring VP: Complex Deals & Debt

Pantheon seeks a VP, Investment Structuring - Infrastructure to lead structuring, negotiations and execution of infrastructure secondary transactions, including primary fund investments and co-investments. You will coordinate with legal, operations and finance to ensure timely closes and compliant processes.
