Infrastructure & Energy M&A Associate (London)

We are working with a leading international investment banking platform in London to add an Associate to its Infrastructure team. You will work with senior bankers and clients across M&A, strategic advisory and financing situations, with exposure to corporates, financial sponsors and infrastructure investors.

The role involves executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, financial modelling, client presentations, and coordinating due diligence, alongside mentoring junior team members.
