Infrastructure Engineer

Location: London - 1 day a week

I’m hiring for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a major UK organisation going through a significant cloud transformation.

This is a genuinely hands-on opportunity to help migrate a live AWS/Azure estate into GCP and build the target cloud platform around GKE/Kubernetes.

You’ll be working on:

• Reliability, monitoring, resilience & optimisation
• Helping shape technical decisions and mentoring other engineers

What I’m looking for:

The key thing is strong, hands-on GCP experience. You should be comfortable building and operating GCP infrastructure rather than simply having worked in an environment that uses it.

Experience with GKE, Terraform and cloud migrations will be particularly important.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to get involved in a live, large-scale GCP transformation rather than maintaining an already-finished platform.
