Infrastructure Operations Lead – Cloud & On‑Prem

The Midland is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Team Leader to drive performance, resilience, and scalability of our IT systems. You will lead an offshore team, own patch and vulnerability management, and oversee on‑prem and Azure environments.

In this role you will act as an escalation point, collaborate with global teams and vendors, and ensure ITIL, SOX, and audit requirements are met while driving continuous improvement and robust governance across the estate.
