Remit:

• As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring production continues in line with the production plan whilst ensuring and maintaining the quality standards of the products. You will be operating autonomously ensuring the products are processed to the standards required by the companys customers.
• This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Setter with proven experience performing tool changes, setting mould machines and optimizing processes

Responsibilities:

• As Injection Moulding Setter you will carry out tool changes effectively and safely in the injection moulding areas of the business.
• In the role of Injection Moulding Setter, you will be required to ensure the continuous running of the machines at optimum cycle time to produce quality products.
• To be able to work well within the technical injection moulding setting, processing & optimisation team. xwwtmva
• To carry out tool and material trials
• Basic machine maintenance and trouble shooting
• To ensure injection moulding processes can achieve targeted scrap and efficiency levels, on new and existing products.
• To drive continuous improvements ensuring product quality is maintained & good working practices are adhered to.
• To liaise with all members of the department to ensure operations run smoothly
• To ensure Health & Safety rules are maintained with your own work area and demonstrate a duty of care to colleagues, visitors,
