Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating sales conversations via phone and email.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaign materials and follow up on inbound leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Proven experience in an inside sales , telesales, or customer service role with a sales focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment in Edinburgh .
