Inspiring Learning Support Assistant for Inclusive Learning

Medina College is seeking two Learning Support Assistants on a term-time plus one day basis, offering 19 hours per week or 31 hours per week. The posts support disadvantaged learners across Cognition and Learning, SEMH, and Communication needs, with a focus on inclusion and wellbeing.

You will work with teaching staff to adapt learning, promote confidence and resilience, and contribute to a positive school climate. Applications from primary trained LSAs are welcome.
