Inspiring Learning Support Assistant - Term-Time (32.5h/wk)

Glade Primary School in Clayhall, Redbridge, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly, supportive team. The role is 32.5 hours per week during term time, permanent and part-time. Salary is £21,955–£22,269 per annum, with the LBR3 pay scale and progression through the annual ladder.

You will support teaching and learning, promote inclusion, and help pupils reach their potential in a diverse school community. Interviews will be held early October 2026.
