Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive installations of new equipment and systems according to technical designs and client requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or initial setup phase.
• Provide clients with essential guidance on system operation and basic maintenance procedures.
• Maintain detailed installation reports, documentation, and service logs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to share insights and drive service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Installation Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software components of installed systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, calibration equipment, and relevant software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and customer-facing skills.
• A valid UK driving license is required for site-based work.
