Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive installations of new equipment and systems according to technical designs and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or initial setup phase.
- Provide clients with essential guidance on system operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Maintain detailed installation reports, documentation, and service logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to share insights and drive service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installation Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software components of installed systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, calibration equipment, and relevant software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and customer-facing skills.
- A valid UK driving license is required for site-based work.
