Installation Supervisor - Maintenance Projects

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Supervisor to oversee installation and maintenance projects for their Installation & Maintenance division in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire . In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding teams of technicians, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key part in project planning, resource allocation, and client liaison, making critical decisions on-site to overcome challenges. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of installation and maintenance teams on project sites.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance tasks are executed in accordance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage on-site resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients and project managers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technical installation and maintenance, with demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or related systems within the Installation & Maintenance sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and be able to travel within the Nottingham region and potentially surrounding areas.
