Installation Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Supervisor to lead their installation teams in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of installation projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for team management, site coordination, and client liaison, making this a key position within our client's Installation & Maintenance division in the Wolverhampton area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Plan and coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate supply and proper usage.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing development for existing staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the installation or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction or installation sites.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and technical drawings.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
