We're looking for a dynamic and experiencedInstallation Supervisor to join our growing team, playing a key role in ensuring the flawless installation of our industry-leading lift systems. As theInstallation Supervisor , you'll be leading and supervising the installation of new lifts, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Youll work closely with the installation teams, providing training, support, and regular quality checks while collaborating with management to track progress and resolve any challenges that arise on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Supervise Quality Installations

Conduct on-site inductions and training for new installers, setting the stage for a successful project from day one.

Complete all surveys and report any issues to both the client and the Orona Contract Manager, preparing a comprehensive report for review.

Perform regular quality checks (Mechanical & Electrical) at key stages of the installation process to ensure compliance with industry standards. xwwtmva

Deliver constructive feedback to teams and provide additional training where necessary to maintain high installation quality.
