About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Installation Supervisor to lead their installation teams in Norwich, Norfolk . This role is pivotal in ensuring that all installations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating workloads, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to contribute significantly to the Installation & Maintenance sector in the East of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of installation crews on various project sites.
• Ensure all installations are performed according to technical specifications and project plans.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to manage schedules and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and training to installation personnel, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any encountered issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the installation or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes and techniques relevant to the company's services.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations on construction and installation sites.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel within the Norwich region.
