Trainee Insurance Advisor (Career Starter + Fully Funded Qualifications)

Location: Northampton (Onsite)

Salary: £26,500 - £33,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Mon Fri (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) + I x Saturday per month

The Role (What you ll actually be doing) :

You will:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect policy.
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring all digital records and documentation are spot‑on.
• Collaborate with the team to smash team goals and personal milestone targets.
• Become an industry expert by participating in interactive training and development sessions.
