Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their insurance risks and requirements across personal and commercial lines.
• Research and present suitable insurance policies from various providers, explaining coverage, exclusions, and costs.
• Negotiate terms, premiums, and conditions with insurers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, ensuring all details are accurate and clearly presented.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support, renewals, and addressing any queries or claims issues.
• Stay updated on market developments, new products, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or a similar sales/advisory role in the insurance sector.
• Excellent understanding of different insurance products (e.g., home, motor, business, liability).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using brokerage software and standard office applications.
