About the Role
Our client is seeking a vigilant and knowledgeable Insurance Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies within their operations in Derby . This crucial role involves monitoring compliance, developing and implementing control frameworks, and providing guidance on regulatory changes. You will work closely with various departments to embed a strong culture of compliance and mitigate regulatory risks. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of insurance regulations, and the ability to communicate complex requirements effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
