About the Role

Our client requires a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Officer to support their operations in Belfast . This role is essential for ensuring that all activities within the company adhere to the stringent regulations governing the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain accurate compliance records.

Requirements

• Experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of UK insurance regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
