About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and knowledgeable Insurance Compliance Officer to join their team in Bradford . In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the insurance industry. You will conduct audits, develop compliance programs, and provide training to staff on regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance program to ensure adherence to all insurance regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance laws and regulations in the UK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
