About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Insurance Data Scientist to join their cutting-edge analytics team, operating on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for insurance applications.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics).
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on the insurance industry .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Excellent understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
