About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Insurance Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts from their office in Oxford . This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales objectives within the competitive insurance market . You will manage campaigns across various channels, analyze market trends, and work closely with product development and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with a specific understanding of the nuances of promoting insurance products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for a range of insurance products.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, social media posts, and advertising materials.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and generate qualified leads.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive future strategies.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements for the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional advertising.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working within a structured office environment in Oxford .
