About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their operational functions in Oxford . This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of insurance services, managing teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will lead key operational departments, including claims, underwriting support, and customer service, driving best practices and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across key departments such as claims, underwriting support, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and report on performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in insurance operations management or a similar leadership role in financial services.
