About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all insurance operational processes, including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
• Oversee the claims handling support function, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for customers.

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
