About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and efficient Insurance Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for their business in Cambridge . This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective execution of all operational processes, including policy administration, claims processing oversight, and customer service delivery. You will lead a team of operational staff, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day insurance operations , including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of insurance operational processes and systems.
• Proficiency in process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Located in or able to commute to Cambridge for the role.
