Key Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database systems.
• Respond to policy-related inquiries from customers, brokers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and other correspondence.
• Assist with the reconciliation of payments and premium calculations.
• Support the underwriting team by providing necessary policy information and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance policy administration or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and database systems.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
