Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Insurance Policy Administrator to join their busy team in Belfast . This role is essential for the smooth operation of the policy administration department, ensuring that all policy documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently managed. You will be responsible for processing policy changes, renewals, and new business applications, providing excellent support to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
- Manage policy documentation, ensuring all records are maintained meticulously in the company database.
- Respond to queries from policyholders, brokers, and internal departments regarding policy details and administration.
- Assist with the preparation of policy documents, schedules, and renewal invitations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to policy administration in a timely manner.
- Support the wider administration team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry or a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in using database systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
