Key Responsibilities

• Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding policy details, coverage, and billing.
• Maintain and update policy records in the company's administrative system, ensuring data integrity.
• Prepare policy documents and renewal notices for issuance to clients and brokers.
• Liaise with underwriters and sales teams to resolve policy-related queries and issues.
