Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Insurance Policy Administrator to join their operations on a fully remote basis. This role is integral to the smooth running of the policy lifecycle, involving the processing, maintenance, and administration of insurance policies. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks, providing excellent support to both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain policyholder records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Respond to policyholder inquiries and provide information regarding policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Assist with the generation of policy documents, schedules, and other relevant correspondence.
- Liaise with underwriters, sales teams, and claims departments to resolve policy-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company procedures in policy administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or policy support role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and CRM systems .
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, crucial for independent work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
