Key Responsibilities
- Research market needs and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
- Design and develop innovative insurance products, defining features, benefits, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and actuarial teams to ensure product viability and regulatory adherence.
- Develop product launch plans and support marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance product development , management, or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a remote setting .
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
