Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
- Design and develop new insurance products from concept through to launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to ensure accurate pricing, reserving, and financial projections for new products.
- Work with legal and compliance departments to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop product documentation, marketing materials, and training guides for sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor the performance of existing products and recommend enhancements or modifications.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in product development or management within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of various insurance lines, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
