About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Development Manager to spearhead new product initiatives from their Oxford office. This dynamic role involves researching market needs, designing competitive insurance products, and managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through to launch and ongoing performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and sales teams to ensure products meet customer demands and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management or development within the insurance industry .
• Strong understanding of various insurance lines (e.g., property, casualty, life, health).
