Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of insurance product development, from concept generation to market launch and ongoing management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new insurance products.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product features, pricing strategies, and distribution plans.
• Ensure all developed products comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal risk frameworks.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including marketing collateral and sales training materials.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in insurance product management or development.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market, including various lines of business and market trends.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
