About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of their insurance products. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for market research, product strategy, design, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring. Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, actuarial, and operations, you will ensure our product offerings remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs and market trends, driving the future direction of our insurance solutions in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for new and existing insurance products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements and features.
- Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, performance monitoring, and product enhancements.
- Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management , preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, product development, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
