Insurance Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative Insurance Product Manager to join their team in Bradford . This role is responsible for the lifecycle management of key insurance products, from conception and development through to launch and ongoing optimization. You will conduct market research, analyze competitor offerings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders (including underwriting, marketing, and sales) to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the product lifecycle for assigned insurance products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and market gaps.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee product launches, including pricing, policy wording, and marketing collateral development.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement enhancements to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management , preferably within the insurance industry or a related financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and customer needs.
• Excellent market research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
