Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for the company's insurance offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Define product requirements, features, and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and IT.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to drive product enhancements and optimise profitability.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Demonstrable success in developing and launching new products and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, customer needs, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.
