Insurance Recruitment Partner (6-Month FTC)

Aon plc is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner on a 6 Month FTC to join the London team in a hybrid role. You will partner with HR and divisional managers to own the end-to-end resourcing process, driving inclusive recruitment and a best-in-class experience for candidates.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding activities, leveraging ATS tools and collaboration with branding, talent and HR to optimise outcomes in a dynamic Insurance environment.
