Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across the company's operations and product lines.
- Develop and maintain risk models, performing quantitative analysis of potential financial and operational impacts.
- Design and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the insurance sector.
Requirements
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in a risk analysis or similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and MS Excel.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks (e.g., Solvency II) is a plus.
