Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and potential risk exposures.
• Quantify the financial impact of identified risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management and relevant committees.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and track the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to embed risk management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk analysis or related role, preferably in insurance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
• Good understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence decision-making.
• Relevant degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
