About the Role

Our client is seeking an engaging and results-oriented Insurance Sales Advisor to join their team in Belfast . This role focuses on building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored policy solutions. You will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for meeting targets and providing excellent customer service from initial contact through to policy inception. Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels and follow up on inquiries to identify potential customers.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements for insurance coverage.
• Present and explain insurance products, benefits, and terms clearly and concisely.
• Provide quotes and assist clients in selecting the most suitable policies.
• Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and target-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are advantageous.
