Key Responsibilities
- Assist underwriters in processing new business applications and renewals, gathering necessary information.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within the underwriting system.
- Communicate with brokers and clients to request missing documentation or clarify policy details.
- Prepare policy documents, endorsements, and renewal schedules for review and issuance.
- Provide general administrative support to the underwriting team, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous, ideally within an office or customer service environment.
