About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Underwriting Assistant to support their underwriting team based in Norwich, Norfolk . This role provides essential administrative and technical support, assisting underwriters in evaluating and processing insurance risks. You will be responsible for gathering information, preparing quotes, managing documentation, and liaising with brokers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters in assessing insurance applications by gathering relevant data and documentation.
• Prepare insurance quotations and policy documentation accurately.
• Manage and maintain underwriting files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and organised.
• Liaise with insurance brokers and clients to clarify information and respond to queries.
• Input data into underwriting systems and ensure the accuracy of policy details.

Requirements
