Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and design law matters.
• Manage and prosecute patent and trademark applications globally.
• Handle IP litigation, including infringement and validity disputes.
• Draft and negotiate IP licensing, collaboration, and R&D agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions and investments.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Intellectual Property law.
• Strong understanding of patent, trademark, and copyright law.
• Experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting skills for IP-related agreements.
• Ability to advise technology-focused clients on IP strategy.
