You will manage a diverse caseload involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and designs, advising a range of innovative clients from startups to established corporations. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the protection, registration, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, collaboration, and R&D agreements.
• Manage trademark opposition and infringement disputes.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and commercialisation.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in Intellectual Property law .
• Proven experience in handling patents, trademarks, and/or copyright matters.
• Strong understanding of IP litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and client advisory skills.
• A keen interest in technology and innovation is advantageous.
