You will advise a wide range of clients, from technology startups to established brands, on matters including patents, trademarks, copyright, and confidential information. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the registration, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, such as licenses, assignments, and NDAs.
• Manage trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Represent clients in IP litigation matters, including patent and copyright infringement disputes.
• Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and commercialisation.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience in intellectual property law .
• Knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and design law.
• Experience with IP litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of IP commercialisation strategies.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
