Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the protection, registration, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, collaboration, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Manage trademark and patent portfolios for clients.
• Represent clients in IP disputes and litigation, including infringement and validity actions.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law .
• Strong understanding of patent, trademark, copyright, and design law.
• Experience with IP litigation and transactional work.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively within a team environment.
