Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IP strategy, registration, and portfolio management (patents, trademarks, copyright, designs).
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, collaboration, and R&D agreements.
• Handle IP disputes, including infringement and validity challenges, in relevant forums.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on emerging areas of IP law and technology.
• Liaise with patent and trademark attorneys and other IP professionals.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in intellectual property law .
• Proficiency in advising on IP protection, exploitation, and enforcement.
• Strong understanding of patent, trademark, copyright, and design law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to manage a varied IP caseload within a hybrid work structure.
