Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the registration, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, such as licensing, assignment, and collaboration agreements.
• Manage IP disputes, including infringement claims and opposition proceedings.
• Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions and commercial ventures.
• Provide strategic advice on IP portfolio management and brand protection.
• Stay informed about developments in IP law and relevant case law globally.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in intellectual property law .
• Proven track record in handling trademark, copyright, patent, and design right matters.
• Experience with IP litigation and transactional work.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
